Abstract

One of the evaluation form of the quality of BPS PST services is through the implementation of a Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM). On the other hand, BPS as a provider of statistical data, needs to carry out an analysis of consumer data needs and the quality of data and statistical information produced by BPS, so that BPS conducts a Data Needs Survey (SKD).
One of the results from the SKD 2022 is presented in a publication titled "Analysis of the Results of the 2022 Indragiri Hulu Regency BPS Data Needs Survey" . This publication provides a descriptive explanation of service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and consumer satisfaction towards BPS data quality. Presentation of data is displayed in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication.
